The Power of Power Palettes

As promised I want to show you some more pages done using the method I described in the previous post.
At my beach retreat last May I was able to complete this pile of pages using this method!

I usually pre cut the power palette paper I am using. I just go through and cut all the sheets as described here.

It eliminates a lot of thinking and saves time!

I then adhere it to the scrapbook page and start adding my pictures - quick and easy

Then of course I journal and if I want I add a little embellishment.

If you have tried this method of cutting your paper please leave a comment below and let me know what you think!

I like your use of the black pages. I have been too afraid to try them.

Tried it and I really like it. I noticed that you usually or maybe always put the cut paper along the edge of the page, is that right? I tried moving it around and usually came back to either the right side or the left side.

Great idea!!

I just wanted to say thank you for starting this site. In the past couple of weeks I have finished about 20 pages. This is really good for me because I have 3 little ones at home. I have used the 3C approach and it has helped out a lot.

Kathy,

Most of the time I do end up with the strip on the edge of the page but have put it a few inches in and even down the middle a couple of times.

AMber - Good job on your 20 pages - keep up the good work!!
