Halloween Ideas

I wanted to share the cute Halloween ideas I put together for my team meeting this past week. 

Here are the candy bars I did using the directions for the Project Center.

I also used our Limited Edition Trick or Treat Addition to create some cute cupcake toppers for the cinnamon cupcakes I served at the team meeting.  Aren't they cute!

I used the rest of the addition to create a fun BOO banner.  I cut the larger sheets of paper to the same size as the photo mounting mats that come in the kit.

I then used the stickers that came in the kit to decorate it up a bit!

I used the wavy blade on the rotary trimmer to  put a decorative edge on some of the banner pendants.

A quick and easy way to add some holiday decor to your party or home!

Halloween Candy Bar Idea

Picfolio Ideas

Since I began Creative Memories 19 years ago I have completed a family album every year.  They are all in black albums and line the shelves of my family room.

Here is a picture of some of them. (The rest are on the other wall)

For my 2008 family album I decided to change it up a bit.  I chose an Expandable Picfolio Album to use for my family album. 

This was a bit of a stretch for me after 28 years of using a traditional scrapbook but I was up for the challenge. 

I am now a Picfolio convert!

Completing an entire year of my families photos in one day was enough to convert me!

I couldn't believe how quick and easy it went together and with the new Expandable Picfolio I was able to fit an entire years worth of photos(and 2008 was a BIG year for photos) into one full Expandable Picfolio and one regular Picfolio.

Here are some photos of some of my pages.  I used the Earthy Milestone Kit to add some color and decoration to the pages and some of our great Monogram ABC sticker letters to jazz things up!

If you've been hesitant to try this new style of scrapbook I encourage you to give it a try - so quick and easy!! 

I had my pictures printed with a white border around them for the Picfolio - I liked the way that offset them against the tan colored page.  It gave the photos/pages a more finished look.
