I have been a Creative Memories Consultant for 19 and a half years!
For the past 19 years, every year, one of my New Year's resolutions has been to get caught up on ALL my albums/scrapbooks.
I think I have done a pretty good job during the last 19 years having completed over 120 scrapbooks/digital books but I am not completely caught up.
Once again, this year, I have set the same goal.
I am going to approach it a little different this year though. I have made a list of all the albums/years that need to be completed and I am going to share that list with you.
I am expecting you to hold me accountable and I plan on reporting in to you on a regular basis how I am doing. As you can see from the photo in the previous post my Project Picture has taken over my dining room - no dinner parties for us for a while!!
So here is a list of the projects I need to finish in order to be caught up.
I have divided them up into Traditional, Picfolio or Digital Projects.
Traditional Projects
Logan
2005-2009 - college years, post mission (I have given up on the fact that any of my children are going to take over their own albums!)
1984 (yes I have never done his photos from the first year of his life, don't ask me why, I don't know!)
Clark
2007 - 2009 - college years, post mission
Cali
Freshman year college
1989 (her first year isn't done either, I must have a problem with those first year photos!)
Tessa
2006-2009
Family
2007
Heritage Photos
Picfolio Projects
Family
2009
Digital Projects
Logan
China YA Trip
Australia YA Trip
Clark
Cambridge Summer
OK - so that should keep me busy for awhile.
I am starting at the top and getting Logan's album caught up first. I will do the scrapbook part and he will have to do the journaling though!
I am using the technique I shared here to help me work quick and fast. I have also committed to working at least 15-30 minutes a day on my current project - so thus the mess in the dining room!!
So what's your New Year's scrapbooking goal? I'd love to hear. Just leave a comment and let me know.

Hi Leigh Anne, happy Monday! I enjoy reading your scrapbook blog. It keeps me motivated. I'm on a mission to scrap 2008 and 2009 for my 3 kids this year. Just had some 2008 pictures printed off and it was around 425 photos. I hope that I'm reading that wrong on the photo lable. Yikes! You keep me motivated to scrap. :-)
So glad you enjoy the blog and good luck with those photos. I am getting ready to print off my 2009 photos to put into a picfolio at a big upcoming Scrapbook event we are having and I am scared to death how many photos that will be - I'll keep you posted!
